Richard has been senior partner since 2010, joining Ingham & Yorke as an assistant in 1980, becoming a partner in 1989.

He has an unrivalled knowledge of Ingham & Yorke clients and their property, so providing the partnership with extensive depth and experience in property management, valuation, planning and development land issues.

He is an agent for the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation plc, a trustee for a number of clients and manages property for private individuals, companies, trusts and for a charity.

A ‘Man of Kent’, John moved to Lancashire in 1991 having qualified in south west Scotland and gaining further experience in Suffolk. With a sound background in estate and property management, John became a partner of Ingham & Yorke in May 2000 and manages a number of private estates within Lancashire and Yorkshire.

John has extensive experience in utility schemes in relation to gas and water pipelines in the North West of England together with land compensation and reinstatement matters. He has also successfully managed planning and development projects on land for building.

Charlie qualified professionally in 1990 and became a partner of Ingham & Yorke in 2000, working from the Clitheroe office.

With long established connections in the Ribble Valley, Charlie’s specialism is the rural estate management with a broad knowledge of estate planning, land compensation and sporting rights.  He also acts as a trustee in a professional capacity for a number of clients and has a wide range of contacts nationally.

Brian joined the partnership in 2010 and has thirty years’ experience of specialising in the management of private estates across North West England, dealing in all aspects of rural property management.  Brian has a wide experience in valuation and landlord and tenant issues and is an agent for the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation plc dealing with farm finance.

Tom started his career at Ingham and Yorke in 2005, having completed a degree in geography at the University of Durham. His professional training was carried out whilst working as a trainee land agent through the University of Reading, gaining professional membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2008.

Born and bred in north Lancashire, Tom has established connections throughout the north of England and specialises in the management of rural estates and landlord and tenant issues.

After graduating from Harper Adams University, Helen began work at our Huntroyde office in 2010.  In 2011, she gained professional membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has recently achieved fellowship of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Brought up on a dairy and sheep farm in the Ribble Valley, she has considerable knowledge of livestock farming and specialises in rural estate management. Helen also has wide experience of compensation and project management matters relating to utility schemes.  She also manages residential lettings from the Huntroyde office

Sally grew up on a dairy, beef and sheep farm on the Yorkshire border. Following graduation from the University of Reading with an honours degree in investment and finance in property, she embarked on a career in estate management with Buccleuch Estates Ltd in Scotland.  Here, Sally assisted in estate management of a large, multi-use, privately owned estate and gained membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  She has successfully managed compensation matters relating to utility schemes.

In 2012, Sally joined Ingham & Yorke’s Clitheroe office and covers the Lancashire and North Yorkshire area.
