Rural Estate and Property Management
Depending on a client’s requirements, Ingham & Yorke can provide full, day-to-day management of Estates and rural property including the collection of farm, residential and commercial rents, rent reviews, supervision of property repairs, Landlord and Tenant matters, lettings, property development, diversification, succession and inheritance planning for estate purposes.
Tailored consultancy services for specialised work and advice are also provided to a range of clients who do not require a day-to-day management service.
Valuations
All four partners are RICS accredited valuers and undertake regular valuation work for the purposes of probate, secured lending and tax planning.
Agents for (AMC)
Advice and assistance is provided for potential AMC borrowers from the point of initial enquiry through the loan application process which can include the refinancing of existing borrowing.
Landlord and Tenant
Advice is available to Landlords on lettings for residential and commercial property including rent reviews, repairing obligations, service of notices and the obligations of Landlords.
Sales and Lettings
In conjunction with our estate and rural property management services, we offer a service for sales, purchases and the letting of farms, farmland, small holdings and rural properties to suit clients’ requirements.
Compulsory Purchase and Compensation
We have a depth of experience in acting for both utility companies and landowners and occupiers which enables us to offer detailed advice and guidance for all electricity, highways, gas, rail and water schemes. Advice can be given from the point of initial enquiry through the serving of notices to the negotiation of appropriate compensation packages for those affected by such schemes.
Basic Payment Scheme
and Countryside Stewardship
We are able to provide assistance and guidance on the varying schemes available with the aim of optimising a client’s environmental aims as well as grant income.
Forestry
Long standing relationships with the Forestry Commission, industry operators and end users enable Ingham & Yorke to offer practical advice on the management of existing woodland and the creation of new woodlands, including help with grant and licence applications.
Sporting
We have many years experience in the management, letting, sale and purchase of sporting rights for both fishing and shooting. Shoot management for clients is also provided for pheasant, partridge and grouse shoots.
Renewables
We have been involved with large scale renewable schemes with developers on behalf of landowning clients. We also provide advice drawn from practical experience in hydro, solar and biomass boiler installations.
Residential Development
Having recently acted as part of a development team in the successful achievement of planning permission for 1,500 houses on four farming sites, we are well placed to advice on site provision for residential and employment schemes as part of a development team.
